We make no secret of our prices, after the care and safety of your child it is likely the most important question you will have about a nursery. We aim to be transparent and fair in our pricing, and always offer competitive rates for the area.
Our fees are inclusive of nappies, wipes and all food and drinks. Cows’ milk and formula milk (Aptamil) are also provided. We do not charge extra for the many extra-curricular clubs that we run.
There are several options open to parents to help with childcare costs that can make a significant difference to their monthly outgoings:
Childcare Vouchers - these are offered by employers and are deducted from gross pay (before tax)
Tax-Free Childcare - this is a government scheme that contributes £2 for every £8 a parent puts into their childcare account, which is then paid to a provider
15 hours 'free' childcare - all children over 3 are entitled to a grant that providers can claim from the start of the term following their birthday or joining date. The 15 hours applies for 38 weeks a year and is equivalent to 11 hours per week over a year. If we are unable to claim then the Age 2-3 fees apply.
30 hours 'free' childcare - an additional 15 hours over 38 weeks but means tested. Both parents have to be working and both earning less than £100,000 per annum.
Both 15 and 30 hour grant entitlements are calculated termly by Wandsworth Council and will vary if your claim starts on the Spring or Summer term due to variations in the number of days in the terms. Grant payments are spread over 52 weeks so the actual monthly hours deducted will be reduced as the grant is only given for 38 weeks by the government.
Fees are calculated as 52 weeks divided into 12 equal monthly payments, with holidays charged at the normal rate. Fees are payable one month in advance, by direct debit, bank transfer, 'tax-free childcare' account or childcare vouchers, before the 1st of each month.
We offer a 10% sibling discount, in the form of 10% off the eldest child’s monthly fees.
Full time, 5 days per week attracts a 5% discount, included in the table above.
The minimum booking is 2 days per week for children under 3, and 3 days per week for over 3's.
We require written notice, one month in advance, should you need to change your booking pattern.
Requests for extended hours require one week’s notice.
Changes to booking patterns are subject to availability, but we will always work with you to fit your needs the best we can.
Individual extra days are charged at £78 for under 2's and £75 for over 2's.
Early start (7:30 to 8am) and Late Finish (6pm to 6:30) charged at £5 each, only if booked in advance.
Customers that qualify for 30 hour funding are asked to contribute a flat fee of £50 to cover meals, clubs, consumables and administration costs, as the government funding does not cover these items.
